"Hope Not Lost"
This documentary film was created to communicate the considerable challenges facing the people of Uganda, and encourage others to help change things for the better. Melissa Fitzgerald volunteered to go into the field and document her experiences as she encountered these problems firsthand, and also to reveal the kind of hope that arises in a community when humanitarian efforts like International Medical Corps' field operations are implemented. Martin Sheen graciously agreed to narrate the piece.
For this project, I edited a video short of the larger movie suitable for web viewing, as well as serving as photographer during a screening of the complete film at Warner Bros. Studios.
