Multimedia Specialist ~ International Medical Corps

• Designed outreach materials for print publication and web advertising, produced DVD's, and edited video for television broadcast, public presentations, lectures, and events at TED, the Yale Club, the United Nations, Warner Brothers Studios, and a Los Angeles PBS affiliate, among others.
• Successfully produced the documentary short "Rebuilding in the Tsunami's Wake".
• Produced DVD's detailing field activities in Darfur, and compiled television news clips regarding International Medical Corps' worldwide humanitarian efforts.
• Edited the short-form version of the film "Hope Not Lost" highlighting medical work in Uganda.
• Developed, managed, & updated the corporate website, as well as training other employees in various computer graphics and video applications.
• Created worldwide corporate branding standards & managed third party designers and agencies in the printing and distribution of IMC publications and visibility materials.
• Retouched still images from the field & prepared them for print and web usage.
• Organized & streamlined a catalog of 20 years worth of digitized photography assets, freeing up database space for the entire organization.
• Generated public awareness through special event planning and production in partnership with such organizations as Starbucks and Ethos Water.

Owner / Multimedia Producer ~ Steadiworks Studios

• Founded the studio to assist small and medium sized businesses in analyzing their marketing, promotional, and presentation needs, with the goal of providing them with access to reasonably priced alternatives to their high-end video, animation, internet development, and post-production demands.
• Managed web sites from concept through production design and implementation, creating and using photography and artwork in the web site design.
• Developed special animated effects, shortcuts, and advised clients on technical protocols required.
• Attracted prospective new clients via seminars, and other industry networking events, secured web contract agreements for web design and hosting services.
• Expanded business to include the operation of Steadicam, AVID Xpress DV non-linear video editing and 3D animation services for clients.

Graphics Producer ~ UWTV

• Lead production meetings with senior project advisors & department heads to determine their expectations, and how best to achieve their marketing goals.
• Produced multimedia components for client promotional campaigns and special events including creating CD's, designing websites and Flash animations, cutting video of student profiles and compressing them for web presentation, authoring Quicktime movies, and Virtual Reality (VR) experiences such as 360 views.
